Why We Are Unique
As Henry Mintzberg wisely said “organizations are communities of human beings, not collections of human resources” - - and that is precisely why I felt compelled to leave the corporate world in 2019 and my role as Global V.P. HR for a large, industrial manufacturing company. Driven by a strong sense of purpose, I dove headfirst into the study yoga & mindfulness. I obtained my yoga teacher certification (RYT 200) from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and Yoga Alliance.
My combined depth of experience coupled with my passion for health and wellbeing make me uniquely qualified to assist people, leaders and organizations navigate through a variety of complex issues and opportunities, especially in today’s very complicated environment.

Testimonials
Andrea Fiori - Mindex
I first met Kelly Noyes when she consulted for Mindex while our HR Manager was out on leave. I was already thrilled that I was able to fill the spot with someone who had extensive, senior level HR experience and Kelly only impressed me more each day she worked here.

Kelly hit the ground running without any crossover training and was able to work her way through one of the most explosive growth periods we had where she onboarded about 15 new hires in the first month. Kelly became a mentor to one of our youngest employees and worked to strengthen the relationship between the HR Team and our internal business partners. The other department managers soon relied on Kelly for her insight and advice. During this time Kelly also managed all of our Open Enrollment changes and new benefits, from making policy changes to answering employee questions.
Although our HR Manager returned to work after 2 months, I asked Kelly to stay on to assist leadership with special projects. Kelly was instrumental in designing a new orientation program and for helping us to convey our mission and values clearly. Kelly developed and presented KPI’s to management that helped them understand performance. Kelly assisted me in redefining the roles and responsibilities for my Administrative Team to define clear ownership of roles. Kelly identified a high performing employee at risk for flight and re- arranged her role to take advantage of her strengths, giving her the challenges and responsibilities she wanted. Kelly gave me insights into how best to lead the entire team as well as better project management. I still refer to her RACI diagram.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kelly and appreciate that she shared her insights with me. This helped me to define my own direction and goals. Kelly’s time here was during a period of growth and change and we often laughed about how there was never a dull day in HR! Kelly always remained calm and thoughtful during times of stress, and was able to roll up her sleeves and dig in to get the work done. Kelly has a great ability to bring people together and empower teams as well as the ability to see the big picture.
I would definitely call on Kelly again!
