practice. Whether you desire a physical (asana) practice and/or a meditative experience, Origami LLC
will meet you where you are and deliver what you need. Kripalu trained and certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT 200), I offer personalized yoga instruction, yoga in the workplace, and community yoga classes. I am also available for special events.
